Characters: Pileus: 30-60 mm broad, dark grey, striated, veil young strongly developed, grey, rapidly vanishing. Lamellae: Brown, edge in the same colour, but fimbriated. Stipe: 40-70 x 5-10 mm, greyish, somewhat fibrillose. Spores: 6,5-8,5 x 4-5 µm, thinwalled, melleous, germ pore absent. Cheilocystidia: 25-50 x 5-18 µm, common. Clavate marginal cells: Not mentioned. Pleurocystidia: Absent. |
